So glad to have found an online bookstore that ships internationally. It was great to be able to find a place that carried books to send to my son for his birthday even as he is living in Europe.

Phenomenal experience

I love Better World Books. I had several books on my IPad book app wish list but I've gotten to the point that I want "real" books so that I can share them with friends. I found ten books at BWB for an amazing price and they all are in great condition. They arrived pretty quickly too. The one I'm reading now has some writing in the margins but it's interesting to see what another reader thought.

USPS in York PA sucks. My issue is not with Better World Book. My order was placed on 3/8, shipped from NV on 3/9, and sat at USPS facility in York PA for nearly 2 weeks from 3/13 to 3/25 before reaching final destination in NY on 3/29. I ordered from BWB before and never had any problems before. This is not the first time I had an item stuck at this USPS facility for days/weeks.

I ordered the book in January. It arrived this week. I had purchased another order, not all the books arrived and was promised a refund but did not get any.
I really am trying to support your charity and also promote it but with such service it is difficult to recommend.

It took an inordinate amount of time to get here via a circuitous route that took the book close to us, them further away, then back, adding nearly two weeks more than necessary. The book itself was fine.

Great experience but didn’t realise it was in America!! I would have ordered closer to home if I’d known. But love the idea and the support you are providing.

The website is easy to navigate and offers helpful recommendations on books that were similar to the book I was originally looking for. I was looking for language learning books and found so many awesome resources that I would have never thought about before. The shipping was fast and the email they sent me with the tracking information was hilarious. Great company and I am super pleased with my purchase.
